Simply put, we will service the
lighting fixture or ceiling fan that
you purchase from The Lantern
House against manufacturing
defects for as long as you own it. If at any time a product purchased from us fails to perform due to a manufacturing defect, simply return it to us along with your original sales receipt. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product. In the event we determine a product is not repairable or no longer available, we will replace it with a similar style and value. Service applies only to in-store repair and labor cost may apply.
Our service does not include light bulbs, glass, fan balancing or "wobbling", the improper installation or use of a product, product finish or color, claims for labor costs or installation and acts of God.
A valid, original sales receipt is required of all service claims. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the serviced merchandise.
