Builders' Needs
1)
The Lantern House will provide a "take off" of the builder's plans if needed and if requested within a reasonable time as determined by The Lantern House and if provided by the customer with an allowance figure.
2)
The Lantern House will tag and store the complete order until time for delivery.
3)
The Lantern House will perform a final check on all jobs to replace any defective products before the customer moves in.

1)
Pre-move in check on all lighting products

The Lantern House will provide free in-home service call after customer moves in during the first year
3)
The Lantern House will provide free in-shop service (parts and labor repair or replacement) on all lighting products we furnish for five years to the original owner.*
Ceiling Fans
1)
Pre-move in check and balancing of all ceiling fans

Free in-home service on fans call after customer moves in during the first year
3)
Free in-shop service on all ceiling fan products furnished by The Lantern House for the first five years (service includes Craftmade Fans only and excludes all other fans). Repair and replacement is at the discretion of The Lantern House.
Light Bulbs
1)
Pre-move in check and replacement of any defective light bulbs
2)
Replacement of any defective light bulbs during the first year after the customer moves in (services include Teiber or Sylvania bulbs only)
Builders' Needs
1)
The Lantern House will provide a "take off" of the builders plans if needed and if requested within a reasonable time as determined by The Lantern House and if provided by the customer with allowance figure.
2)
The Lantern House will tag and store the complete order until time for delivery.
3)
The Lantern House will perform a final check on all jobs before the customer moves in.
4)
In the event of any backorders, The Lantern House will hang any backordered items that are not on the job at time of delivery, provided the electrician has finished at the job site.
5)
Crystal chandeliers will be delivered to the job and installed by the electrician; crystals will be dressed out by The Lantern House.
6)
Substitute fixtures will be furnished if original fixtures are not available for installation on the job. The Lantern House will install any back-orders at that time.
7)
The Lantern House will perform a final check on all jobs before the customer moves in. This service includes balancing of all fans, checking all light fixtures and replacing any missing or broken light bulbs.
8)
Once the customer moves in the builder may defer all requests concerning lighting and fans to The Lantern House.
9)
The Lantern House may upgrade a fan or light fixture if necessary at no cost to the builder if the builder gives The Lantern House an allowance and responsibility to make selections for the house.
10)
Occasionally, Preferred Builders will be given first chance at special sales for their homes.
11)
Many times a customer purchases a home and wants to come back at a later date and make further selections. We will honor their selections by allowing them to make selections using the builders' discount for up to one year after the purchase of their new home.
